| December 17, 2021 – February 21, 2022 | Early bird period for conference registration. |

Deadline for ALL CIES2022 participants to join or renew their 2022 CIES membership. Failure to have a CIES2022 membership will result in a participant’s (presenters, discussants, chairs, and those listed in the program) removal from the official conference program. Attendees are encouraged to join, but do not require a CIES membership to attend the conference. |

Deadline for all CIES2022 participants to register for the conference. Failure to register will result in participant’s (presenters, discussants, chairs, and those listed in the program) removal from the official conference program. Attendees must register by April 18, 2022. |
| February 22, 2022 | Regular rate period begins for conference registration. |
| March 17, 2021 | Deadline to request a conference registration refund. |
| March 30, 2022 | Deadline for the Hyatt Regency guest room conference rate. |
| March 31, 2022 | Deadline for all CIES2022 participants and attendees to request a registration refund if switching from onsite to virtual. No adjustments accepted after March 31, 2022. Upgrades in registration from virtual to onsite will be accepted through April 22, 2022. |
