To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be made in writing to cies2022@cies.us no later than March 17, 2022. A cancellation fee of $35 will apply.

For individuals registered at Low Income Country rates, the cancellation fee will be waived if the request is made by March 17, 2022.

Refunds will be issued in the same form in which they were received. In the case of wire transfer refunds, a $20 wire transfer fee will be withheld from refund amount. No refunds will be issued after March 17, 2022.
