Exhibitor Information
Be a CIES exhibitor! Our conference attendees travel locally, across the United States, and from around the world to participate in the annual conference. The CIES 2022 conference planners have taken many steps to create a successful exhibiting experience. Exhibits will be located in the Exhibit Hall within the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The Exhibit Hall is located next to the main plenary hall and in the same space as the provocations events. This will allow for steady traffic to exhibit tables.
Your table purchase includes:
- One (1) six foot table
- Two (2) side chairs
- One (1) dark brown table cover
- One (1) small trash can
- Complimentary exhibitor badges for representatives (conference registration is not included)
- Two complimentary tickets to the Minneapolis Institute of Art “CIES Night at the Museum” reception (additional tickets can be purchased for $50)
- Listing in the CIES 2022 conference program with a description of your organization, a Twitter account, and a link to the URL of your choice.

An exhibit space will be assigned to you approximately one month prior to the event. Complimentary Wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall. Electricity can be purchased as needed.

We take the health and safety of all of our conference guests seriously and will follow the guidelines of our venue, as well as local and national health authorities. We will require proof of vaccination in order to receive your registration badge. Please review our Covid-19 Safety Protocols to ensure a healthy conference for everyone.
CIES 2022 is a hybrid conference. There are also opportunities for exhibitors to participate in the virtual space. Some highlights of the online experience are:
- A user-friendly virtual booth will be created for each exhibitor on the CIES 2022 virtual conference hub. Exhibitors can customize their site by adding an unlimited number of books, videos, brochures, contract information, and photos.
- Exhibitors can update their space on the conference hub throughout the conference.
- Virtual exhibit booths will be live on the conference platform during the conference dates (April 18-22, 2022) and for several weeks after.
